14th Annual ACCA Cook Off

Power Vac America won first place in the Bloody Mary category at the 14^th Annual ACCA Cook Off this past weekend. Even though this was the only category in which we placed, we had a great time. The weather was perfect and the new location ideal for a cook off. Congratulations to all of the teams that participated, winners or not, and thanks to the Power Vac America team for an outstanding effort.

NADCA Annual Conference

Power Vac America attended the 22nd Annual Meeting and Exposition in Las Vegas last week. Three long days of sessions filled with useful information and training with a little time for the casino. The exhibit hall offered a first-hand look at the best technology and equipment available. We are always looking for new tools and techniques to provide better service for our customers. As far as the casino, I ended up losing $1.00 but have $10.00 riding on the Astros to win the World Series. Will have to wait until October!

ACCA-GH Cook-Off

ACCA Greater Houston is gearing up for the 2011 COOK-OFF, being held March 25^th and 26th! This year we are at a NEW LOCATION, Bryant’s Icehouse, and the grounds are perfect for a cook-off.

And Power Vac America is gearing up for this with team aprons this year. Can't wait!
